HR Generalist – Bilingual Spanish

Location: Mooresville, NC

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00/6:30 AM start

Pay Rate: $26.10–$38.46/hour

Duration: Temporary-Hire

Are you passionate about supporting employees and creating exceptional workplace experience? We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to be the go-to partner for onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations for a busy manufacturing site.

What You'll Do:

Onboarding & Employee Engagement

  • Lead onboarding for new hires and temp-to-perm conversions in ICIMS
  • Track and manage employee files, training, payroll, and compliance documents
  • Help employees navigate HR questions from benefits to schedules to performance concerns
  • Support monthly celebrations, employee communications, and engagement initiatives

Safety & Quality

  • Promote a safety-first culture and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Incorporate Quality training into onboarding and support audits
  • Ensure compliance with all GMP requirements

HR Administration & Support

  • Administer I-9s, paychecks, building access, uniforms, and boot reimbursements
  • Crosstrain to provide backup across all HR department tasks
  • Work schedule overlaps with night shift to support operations

What We're Looking For:

  • BA/BS in HR or related field preferred
  • 3+ years HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish (required)
  • Strong understanding of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, COBRA)
  • Comfortable handling employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Proficient with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word; ability to learn new systems.
