HR Generalist Onsite in South San Francisco, CA
Direct Hire
90K-110K/Annual- DOE
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

What you'll do:

• Serve as a resource to employees and managers on HR policies, practices.
• Lead new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and positive first
• Impression for new team members.
• Assists in daily benefits administration to include enrollments, terminations, changes,
• employee inquiries and monthly reports
• Maintain and update HRIS and employee files
• Support Recruiting efforts as needed during peaks in hiring.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and maintain consistent communication with candidates to provide a positive experience.
• Support employee experience events.

About you:

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of Human Resources experience required; PHR certification is a plus
• Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of customers or employees
• Knowledge of HRIS Human Resource systems, Excel Spreadsheets and Word
• Processing software
