Salario/Tasa de Pago/Compensacion: $30.96 p/h
¿Como es un dia tipico como Gerente de Ventas? Estaras:
• Alcanzando el plan de negocios de ingresos de la empresa al establecer objetivos de ventas y desarrollar cuotas de ventas anuales para regiones y territorios.
• Implementando programas de ventas a traves del desarrollo de planes de accion de ventas en el campo y manteniendo el volumen de ventas y la mezcla de productos.
• Construyendo y promoviendo relaciones solidas y duraderas con los clientes al comprender sus necesidades e identificar como nuestras soluciones las satisfacen.
Este trabajo podria ser una excelente opcion si tu:
• Posees un Titulo universitario en administracion de empresas; se prefiere un MBA, junto con 5 a 10 años de experiencia como lider de ventas y mas de 10 años de experiencia en ventas.
• Tienes fuertes habilidades de comunicacion, analiticas y de presentacion, con un historial comprobado de cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas.
• Tienes la capacidad de construir relaciones con compañeros y alta direccion, demostrando empatia y un enfoque centrado en el cliente.
