  • Overnight shift: 7:45 PM – 8:00 AM

  • Short-term 3-month contract with hands-on manufacturing experience

What's a typical day as a General Utility Associate?

You'll be:

  • Supporting production lines by ensuring materials are available and operations run smoothly

  • Starting and operating mixers or production lines as required

  • Emptying production lines into pallets for WIP or finished goods

  • Building and staging pallets to keep up with production output

  • Loading and unloading trucks and staging products in designated locations

  • Tracking inventory counts and documenting production data

  • Monitoring downtime and assisting with identifying root causes

  • Performing basic quality inspections (visual or using tools)

  • Ensuring correct packaging materials are used for each product type

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area using 6S principles

  • Assisting with other duties as assigned to support plant operations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • Prior manufacturing experience (required)

  • Plastics manufacturing experience (strongly preferred)

  • General production or industrial work experience

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred, not required)

  • Ability to work overnight shifts

  • Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork
