Location: Syracuse, NY 
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, remove, mount, repair, and install glass, windows, insulated glass units, and commercial storefront systems
• Interpret blueprints and project specifications to determine glass type, shape, and thickness
• Safely install glass and related systems with a strong focus on quality, durability, and safety
• Load and unload glass panels, tools, and materials at job sites
• Work collaboratively with team members and clients to meet project schedules and goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in glazing, construction, carpentry, or a related trade preferred (training provided)
• Valid Driver's License
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (assistance available upon hire)
• Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs
• Ability to stand and work on feet for 5+ hours per day
• High School Diploma or equivalent
