Location: Jackson, TN
Pay: $17/hr.
Shift: Saturday and Sunday from 7 am to 3:30 pm. (There will be opportunity for additional hours, up to 36 total, as demand for the role changes).
Duration: 3-months
We are looking for two part time forklift operators to support our warehouse operations. We need someone who can be efficient but focused on unconditional safety.
The general function of this job is to move material throughout the Warehouse and storage areas, and to load & unload trucks at all designated loading areas. This person will report to the Shipping Coach and is part of the Warehouse Team temporarily.
Job Requirements and Responsibilities- Move finished product as directed.
- Assist in keeping partial pallet area straight.
- Load and unload finished goods trucks.
- Assures that product is correct and in satisfactory condition.
- Store materials in proper manner.
- Unload mat trucks (if necessary).
- Participates in safety and good housekeeping practices as established in the plant.
- Perform other duties and works other hours as directed and scheduled by the Shipping Coach/Lead.
- Actively supports and participates on work teams as requested.
- Completes other assignments as specified.
- Fills out related forms and paperwork.
