- Operating material handling and manufacturing equipment including forklifts, supersack machines, and hopper/filling machines.
- Performing essential washouts, changeovers, and autonomous maintenance of equipment for smooth operations.
- Maintaining 5S organization, GMP compliance, SOP adherence, and upholding the highest quality and safety standards.
- Accurately transferring inventory using electronic scanning devices and completing necessary paperwork.
- Participating in Environmental, Health, Safety, & Sustainability (EHS&S) programs and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensuring full compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Demonstrating a positive, “Can Do” attitude while working collaboratively with others.
- Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Hold or are willing to obtain a stand-up forklift certification (in-house certification provided prior to start).
- Possess at least 6 months of stand-up forklift operating experience (required).
- Are able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (7pm-7am) and commit to potential overtime.
- Can work comfortably in both high and low ambient temperatures.
- Are capable of standing and walking for extended periods, changing elevations via ramps, stairs, and ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently.
- Thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
