Pay: Weekly pay potential up to $21.85 per hour (with production bonus)
1st Shift: 8 or 9 hour shifts, Start times between 6:00am and 6:15am, Monday – Friday with overtime potential on Saturdays.
2nd Shift: 8 or 9 hour shifts, Start time around 4:00pm, Monday – Friday with potential overtime on Saturdays. Standing up to 10 hours per shift, seasonal schedules, with potential overtime or weekends.

- Operating a forklift, tractor, gator, or tugger to deliver, pick up, load, unload, move, and/or sort parts
- Using hand or power tools to assemble parts as needed
- Performing quality checks visually or with gauges and measuring devices
- Maintaining inventory status and contributing in a team environment
- Following safety practices and maintaining equipment and facilities in line with 5S processes
- Have at least 6 months of recent forklift experience (within the last 12 months)
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Can pass a eye exam and forklift driving test
- Demonstrate a strong sense of dependability and consistent attendance
- Preferably have manufacturing experience and a high school diploma
- Have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Are at least 18 years of age and can pass a dexterity test
- Can meet the physical requirements: repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, lifting up to 35 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 50+ lbs., standing up to 10 hours per shift, and working at heights up to 90 inches
