Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking Stand-Up Fork Truck Operators to join our team in Union City, GA. This position is perfect for those who excel in busy shipping environments and have experience operating stand-up, reach amd cherry picker forklifts. Please Note: This is a brand new warehouse facility! Initial training may take place at our locations in College Park, GA and Palmetto, GA 30268.

Week Schedule  & Pay:

  • 1st shift: Mon-Thur 5 am-3:30 pm   $18.25
  • 2nd shift (Palmetto Location Only  
Weekend Schedule & Pay:
  • Week -1st Shift Mon-Thur 5 am-3:30 pm $ 18.25
  • Training scheduled M-F 7am-3:30 pm (about 2 weeks)
  •  
  • Weekend -1st Shift: Friday – Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM - $23.25/hour
  • Training Payrate & Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm $18.25/hour

2nd shift Only
Mon-Thur 4pm-2:30am Pays 18.75
Weekend schedule
1st shift Fri/sat/sun $18/75
2nd shift Fr/sat/sun $25.50
 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate Crown/Raymond stand-up forklift (60% of shift)
  • Band and tape boxes for shipment
  • Ship server racks, chips, and fiber cables (lifting up to 40–50 lbs)
  • General material handling and facility cleanup (40% of shift)
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience (Stand-up, Cherry Picker, Reach, Raymond/Crown)
  • Must wear composite toe ankle boots (no steel toe)
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Familiar with non-metal facilities (No keys, smart watches, cell phones, buckles, jewelry, etc.)
 

This role is located in a manufacturing/shipping environment. You will support shipping duties, process materials, and help maintain workplace cleanliness.
