Kelly Warehouse Associate – NNPII General Warehouse & Cold Storage
Location: Stotten Rd., Clayton, NC
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  Position Overview
Kelly is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform all aspects of warehousing requirements for NNPII in both the General Warehouse and Cold Storage environments. The role is a vital member of a high-performance team supporting supply chain and logistics operations. Key Relationships

  • Reports to: Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics Support
Essential Functions
  • Follow all safety & environmental protocols while performing job duties.
  • Control inventory for newly received materials/components, including correct placement in storage locations.
  • Fulfill material requisitions and replenish staging areas.
  • Execute physical and system transfers of semi-finished and finished products.
  • Pull samples for quality and testing requests as needed.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts, including routine cycle counts and annual inventory.
  • Look up and reorder inventory and plant supplies as required.
  • Prepare and ship finished products according to shipping protocols.
  • Load and unload trailers; ensure safe movement/storage of materials.
  • Operate warehouse management systems (Prism, AS400, SAP) and execute related transactions.
  • Complete daily inspections of forklifts, warehouse, cold rooms, and freezers.
  • Maintain all required training (safety, equipment, compliance) up to date.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Standard warehouse and material handling experience.
  • Solid understanding of material handling fundamentals.
  • Ability to adapt to changing tasks and environments.
  • Experience with Raymond 4250 series forklifts (preferred).
  • SAP and/or related system experience.
  • GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) knowledge is a plus.
  • Reliability and adaptability are critical.
  • Does NOT require a valid driver's license but must be able to pass a powered industrial truck (PIT) driving exam.
Physical Requirements
  • Move equipment/supplies weighing up to 33 pounds using various body positions.
  • Routinely operate and inspect manufacturing equipment manually.
  • Strap and unstrap pallets by hand.
  • Remain stationary (sitting/standing) for up to 50% of the workday.
  • Vision corrected to 20/25 and/or color vision may be needed based on role.
  • Occasionally work in extremely cold environments.
  • Work in loud noise environments, with hearing protection provided/required.
  • Handle and transport hazardous materials following safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior GMP experience.
  • Strong reliability and adaptability in a warehouse setting.
