About the Role
Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst- Administrative/Accounting to support operational and administrative functions for our client. This fully remote opportunity follows a Central Time schedule and offers the potential to transition from contract to permanent employment.
The Administration Analyst is responsible for a variety of operational and administrative tasks, including invoice creation and reconciliation, debit balance monitoring and collections, small-batch client communications, and system entitlement support. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate account maintenance, representative entitlements, and compensation processing through effective issue resolution, reconciliation, and documentation management.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform internal Accounts Payable activities including invoice coding, routing, research, and reconciliation
  • Track and reconcile incentive program payments
  • Manage Accounts Receivable communications and follow-up for items billed to or due from FR/IA partners (FINRA fees, technology fees, premium services fees, trade errors, debit balances, etc.)
  • Prepare and process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including return mail, ADV mailings/client notifications (small batch), and termed client letters
  • Support Premium Services administration, including initial contact, intake, and billing coordination
  • Complete daily system entitlement processing and assist with special projects
  • Provide cross-departmental administrative support as needed
 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to manage, analyze, and reconcile data accurately
  • Familiarity with PaySimple, Xtiva, Envestnet, NetX360, and other BLS/AS platforms preferred (ability to learn new systems quickly required)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail in data entry, validation, and reconciliation processes
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
 
Education & Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of professional work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree (any field)
  • Securities Industry Exam (SIE) – not required
