Description

Kelly, in partnership with a rapidly growing company, is looking for a Travel Coordinator/Manager for a Hydroblasting company near Houston Texas.

This is a permanent opportunity meaning you will be offered our clients benefit package, vacation time and salary upon hire.

We are looking for a candidate who can:

  1. Schedule travel 
  2. Coordinate and complete background screening and safety training.
  3. Verifying status on DISA, TWIC and ISTC
  4. Hiring of new Technicians
  5. Ability to manage the Operations Team while out in the field.
  6. Ability to create SOPs and processes during off season

This role is a hybrid role with flexibility to determine your days at home/in the office.

  • Compensation: $77,000 - $99,000 plus an annual bonus
  • Hours: 1st shift, flexible hours!

We are looking for someone who is a hands on manager, open minded, someone who can find creative solutions and someone who can manage a differing number of people depending on the amount of projects going on.
