Description

Fabricator I, Machine Equipment Operations

Shifts Available:3rd Shift: 9:45 PM-6:15 AM Monday-Friday ; 2 Saturdays/month
Hourly Pay:  $19.75 Per Hour Position Summary:
Under general supervision, the Fabricator I is responsible for producing high-quality fabricated parts using various fabrication equipment.
Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to operate basic fabrication equipment required
  • Able to read, understand, and follow procedures and instructions in English (verbal & written)
  • Basic preventative maintenance skills
  • Experience with quality training, incoming part quality, gage plan completion, and part loading preferred
Key Skills:
  • Documentation and safety awareness
  • Strong attention to detail and good housekeeping
  • Teamwork, conflict resolution, and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Willingness to learn, be cross-trained, and progress to the next skill level
  • Stand/walk/perform repetitive work with stamina; lift/carry 10–50 lbs. frequently (up to 75 lbs. rarely)
  • Ability to meet scheduled hours and overtime requirements, including weekends

  • Motivation to learn new processes, systems, and equipment
  • Positive attitude towards teamwork and improvement
