Executive Assistant
Location: Onsite in Cleveland, OH
Pay Rate: $33-36/hour
Contract Type: Temporary to Hire

Kelly Services is partnering with a dynamic organization to find an Executive Assistant to support the President & CEO. The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations by overseeing calendar management, coordinating executive-level meetings, preparing clear and professional communications, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for the President & CEO.
  • Arrange travel and gather details on conferences and appointments.
  • Manage scheduling for the President & CEO; Schedule and attend meetings, taking notes and recording minutes as needed.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including creating and/or gathering documents and facilitating meeting logistics.
  • Manage incoming communications for the President & CEO by reviewing content, assessing importance, and summarize and/or distribute contents as necessary. Coordinate document signings as needed.
  • Collaborate with departments to gather information, coordinate communications, prepare presentations, and ensure timely support for internal and external events, meetings, and technical needs.
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the President & CEO.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of Executive-level Assistant experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
  • Ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information appropriately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with ambiguous or competing priorities.
