Do you need extra $$ and are free Monday March 9th?

Compensation: $25 per hour

Monday, March 9th, 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm, booth set-up at 2:00 pm, speaking with conference attendees from 3:30 pm onward, booth tear down from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm

What's a typical day as Trade Show/Event Coordinator? You'll be:

• Assisting with booth set-up at 2:00 pm to ensure a professional appearance and readiness for the event.
• Receiving product training to confidently represent and describe the Technology products featured.
• Engaging with conference attendees from 3:30 pm onward, capturing attendee contact information and answering product-related questions.
• Providing clear, friendly communication to enhance the attendee experience.
• Supporting booth tear down from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, ensuring all materials are properly organized and packed.
• Collaborating closely with the Special Events team to ensure the event's success.

• Have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with diverse groups of people (must have).
• Possess experience or interest in event coordination or customer-facing roles (preferred).
• Are comfortable learning and conveying product knowledge to others (must have).
• Can commit to the specific shift and event date provided (must have).
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment (must have).
