About the Role
Are you mechanically minded, detail-oriented, and eager to work with your hands? We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our manufacturing team! In this vital position, you'll help assemble high-quality products according to precise specifications while ensuring every component meets our strict quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, takes pride in their work, and contributes to a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Assembly: Accurately assemble products using provided documentation, blueprints, bills of material, and instructions.
- Quality Control: Inspect and test assemblies during the build process; identify and reject any components not meeting standards.
- Assist Leadership: Provide support to the Line Foreman and assist with production requirements as needed.
- Documentation: Complete material move tickets, inspection data, in-process tags, reject tags, and other necessary reports promptly and accurately.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- The Tank, Air Vac, and Sub Assembly areas report to the Plant Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Mechanically inclined; comfortable using various hand, air, and power tools
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, with strong work habits and a commitment to learning new skills
- Able to lift 50-75 pounds as part of daily duties
