Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:15pm CDT (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $18.00/HR
About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Electronic Circuitry/Parts Assembler I to join our team in Nashville! In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components onto boards, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Locate parts and inventory accurately.
• Adjust and/or replace electrical components as needed.
• Solder electronic connections and components with precision.
• Monitor quality throughout the assembly process to verify conformance to specifications.
• Consult with managerial or supervisory personnel on technical issues.
• Explain assembly procedures and techniques to coworkers.
• Interpret and follow assembly instructions, including:
• Layouts
• Diagrams
• Reports
• Specifications
• Work orders

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to use basic tools and hands effectively for 8 hours per day.
• Ability to distinguish colors.
• Soldering experience preferred.
• Vocational or military training preferred.
• Surface Mount Technology (SMT) soldering experience preferred, but not required.
