Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:15pm CDT (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $18.00/HR
About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Electronic Circuitry/Parts Assembler I to join our team in Nashville! In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components onto boards, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Locate parts and inventory accurately.
- Adjust and/or replace electrical components as needed.
- Solder electronic connections and components with precision.
- Monitor quality throughout the assembly process to verify conformance to specifications.
- Consult with managerial or supervisory personnel on technical issues.
- Explain assembly procedures and techniques to coworkers.
- Interpret and follow assembly instructions, including:
- Layouts
- Diagrams
- Reports
- Specifications
- Work orders
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to use basic tools and hands effectively for 8 hours per day.
- Ability to distinguish colors.
- Soldering experience preferred.
- Vocational or military training preferred.
- Surface Mount Technology (SMT) soldering experience preferred, but not required.
