Electrical Project Manager – Power Generation / Data Center Project
Location: New Albany OH
Start Date: Immediately
Duration: 18+ months
Pay: Competitive compensation and full benefits package

Join an innovative team leading the electrical systems aspect of a cutting-edge data center project. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in power generation, electrical Balance of Plant (BOP), and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design, installation, and testing of electrical systems in alignment with project timelines and budgets.
  • Supervise subcontractors and vendors related to electrical work, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular progress reporting on budgets and risks to stakeholders and drive seamless project execution through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Lead and oversee project teams, ensuring performance and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate procurement and negotiate with suppliers for optimal value.
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust project plans to ensure milestones are achieved on time.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and swift resolution of challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years in power generation projects with experience in data centers.
  • At least 2 years managing large-scale projects in an engineering environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with exceptional communication capabilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, including BOP.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards.
Preferred Skills:
  • Project Management Professional Credential.
  • Experience with Jenbacher engines is a plus.
