Description:

Kelly Services is currently seeking individuals for the position of Drip Tape Operator in Wahiawa, Hawaii. No prior experience is required, as we offer a tractor training program. This position involves operating a tractor and assisting with the extraction of drip tape in pineapple fields. The role requires teamwork, effective communication, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the tractor over two planting beds, following established routes and guidelines.
- Operate the implement to cut open the planting bed and lift the drip tape out of the ground.
- Assist with locating and extracting the drip tape at the end of the rows.
- Feed the drip tape into the implement for extraction.
- Rotate between driving and attendant roles as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the team and follow instructions.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on the tractor and implement.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:
- Willingness to participate in the tractor training program.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor outdoors.
- Ability to work well with other farm crew members.
- Enjoyment of outdoor work environment.
- Farm working experience is a plus but not required.
- Document of a TB test is required.
