ANICA Inc. is an Alaska Native Industries associate cooperative located in the West Seattle Corporate Center (4025 Delridge Way SW, Suite 300). With a close-knit team of approximately 20 employees, ANICA provides a collaborative and professional work environment.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual for a short-term document digitization project. This is a temporary assignment lasting 2 days to 1 week, with the possibility of extension depending on project needs.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable handling confidential documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare physical documents for scanning by removing staples and separating materials

• Organize and individualize files to ensure accurate digitization

• Provide occasional scanning support (approximately 5–10% of the time)

• Handle stored documents with care and maintain confidentiality

• Maintain an organized workflow to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently

• Comfortable working in an office setting

• Reliable and punctual

• Basic computer familiarity preferred
