Industrial Electrician – Direct Hire
Location: Hatfield, PA
1st shift: 7am - 3:30pm
2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
3rd shift: 11pm - 7:30am 
Pay: $28-40 per hour based on experience 

Job Summary:

Kelly is seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic Maintenance team. This role involves installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and components in an industrial setting. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, and fixtures using hand and power tools
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment
  • Install services from electrical drawings, including building and installing control panels
  • Bend EMT and rigid conduit, pull wire as directed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience & Skills:

  • 4+ years of industrial electrical experience
  • Proficient with AC & DC voltages (24V to 600V)
  • Experience in Class 1, Div. 1 explosion-proof environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems
  • Familiarity with 3-phase and single-phase AC/DC motors
  • Experience with PID loop process control (temperature, pressure, flow)
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus
  • Calibration experience to meet ISO standards is a plus
  • Self-starter with a strong focus on safety
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
