Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Bellevue, WA
- Pay Rate: $20-$23/hr DOE
- Shift: 7:00 am-3:00 pm or 3:00 pm-11:00 pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review scanned documents for completeness, quality, and orientation.
- Transmit finished products to clients via upload link, USB, or other means.
- Package completed scanned documents into boxes and organize them for storage or recycling.
- Enhance productivity by arranging and decorating your work area.
- Work overtime as necessary to meet client expectations.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
- Support customer service by answering phones and taking messages.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- 0-1 years of experience in scanning and/or document handling; reprographics or printing experience is a plus!
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, file handling, or document management.
- Effective communication skills with customers and co-workers.
- Working knowledge of Acrobat, Bluebeam, or other PDF software.
- Proficiency in MS Software such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate new software with limited training.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted and stand for up to an hour at a time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- A proactive attitude with a desire for self-improvement and learning.
