These are 2nd shift positions 230pm-midnight
Pay up to $35/hr
What will you be doing?
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to ensure top-quality production.
- Loading materials, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting specialized manufacturing equipment.
- Monitoring processes, using machine controls and basic quality systems, and inspecting parts with precision measuring tools.
- Maintaining accurate records, complying with all documentation, and championing safety and cleanliness on the floor.
- Working collaboratively with your supervisor and team to meet production goals and deliver excellence.
- Performing routine machine maintenance and promptly reporting any issues.
- Have a high school diploma or GED (required).
- Bring at least 3 years' experience operating industrial machinery (cold heading or other machine operation backgrounds considered).
- Possess strong mechanical aptitude, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for 8–10 hours per shift.
- Communicate well both verbally and in writing and have basic computer proficiency.
- Can interpret production blueprints and use precision measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Experience with dies is preferred
