Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Pay Rate: $30hour
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: 6-month contract
Work Setup: Onsite

What's a typical day as a Demand Planner I? You will:
  • Scan, upload, organize, and accurately index documentation returned from Manufacturing and Test teams, ensuring compliance with internal filing standards.
  • Assemble and prepare manufacturing document books and maintain SharePoint folders for document storage.
  • Handle miscellaneous document control tasks, including labeling, filing, tracking document status, and supporting document audits.
  • Communicate with Manufacturing and Test teams to ensure timely return and processing of required documents.
  • Assist Production Planning by updating standard reports, handling basic scheduling tasks, maintaining shared Excel workbooks, and entering planning data into SAP and related systems.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization, especially when handling high volumes of documentation.
  • Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and using required PPE.
  • Ability to follow filing and documentation standards accurately.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP or another ERP/planning system.
  • 2+ years in operations, admin support, document control, or production support.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Team Guru for document and data management.
  • Previous document control experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving processes and technologies.
