Kelly® is seeking a Data Analyst II to join a top energy client in Spring, Texas. This is an exciting contract opportunity for someone ready to leverage their analytical expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Location: Spring, Texas (Onsite – Must be able to commute daily)
Compensation: $44 per hour
Job Type: 6 month contract (with potential for extension) Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong business analysis capabilities through improved processes, knowledge expansion, and advanced analytical tools.
  • Deliver analytical support and insights to management by evaluating key financial and operating KPIs.
  • Coordinate governance processes, such as monthly and quarterly stewardship/management updates at global and regional levels.
  • Perform benchmarking and competitive performance analysis across supply chain operations.
  • Conduct commercial performance analyses and provide actionable recommendations to management and/or procurement to maximize value and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Provide strategic insights, market intelligence, and analytical modeling (including TCO models) to enable commercial optimization.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a corporate or energy sector environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate detailed reports.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Expertise in Tableau and/or Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with management teams.
