Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:40 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment while growing their professional skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our customers' needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:

Order Management: Handle customer orders from initial entry through to payment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Customer Communication: Provide proactive updates to customers regarding order status, shipping dates, tracking, and any additional requests.

Quotations & Inquiries: Work with the team to provide quotes for both potential and existing customers, ensuring competitive pricing and availability.

Complaint Resolution: Manage customer complaints, collaborating with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues quickly. This includes tracking the root cause, developing corrective actions, and following up to ensure closure.

Material Returns Coordination: Handle material returns, including customer-owned refills or repairs, in coordination with appropriate departments.

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Manufacturing, Quality, Billing, and Finance to fulfill customer requests and ensure smooth operations.

Delivery Monitoring: Ensure high service levels by proactively monitoring open orders and addressing any delays, ensuring customer satisfaction.

SOP Maintenance: Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer service operations.

Team Support: Foster a collaborative team environment, providing support to peers and contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.

System Use: Utilize Estee Lauder Delfor system for order management and reporting.
Qualifications:

Must-Have:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Syspro, or similar).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).

Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 lbs.

Must be comfortable using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.
