Customer Fulfillment Specialist
Ocean Export Coordinator
Pay Rate: $28-30/hr 
Work schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday with some flexibility on start tijme
Will need to work from home every 3rd Saturday from 7am-7pm
Location: Houston Energy Corridor area

What's a typical day? You'll be: 
•    Acting as the primary point of contact for global customers and internal stakeholders, managing order entry and coordinating shipments. 
•    Serving as a key liaison for clients and internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries. 
•    Creating, reviewing, and managing export documentation to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, including conducting pre-shipment audits for customs and regulatory adherence.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 
•    Have a strong background in international logistics and documentation, especially within the oil, gas, or chemical industries. 
•    Possess hands-on experience with oilfield operations and understand the industry's unique challenges. 
•    Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and communication skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. 
•    Understand the impact of each stage of the supply chain and prioritize a customer-first mindset.
•    Knowledge of Oracle/JD Edwards or SAP is needed
•    Ocean Export knowledge is required
