Job Opening: Customer Service Representative
Location: Olathe, KS

Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: 7:30am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday

About the Role:
A leading distributor of plumbing products and equipment in Olathe, KS is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This position is perfect for individuals who are professional, personable, and detail-oriented, with strong data entry and client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer and client questions in a professional manner via phone and email
  • Perform data entry and process transactions using computer systems
  • Deliver a high level of customer service tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Gradual onboarding for phone-based responsibilities to ensure comfort and proficiency

Preferred Background:

  • Previous customer service experience (not strictly call center or script-based roles)
  • Ability to handle diverse customer inquiries with professionalism
  • Strong computer skills and experience with transaction processing
  • Experience in plumbing supply or equipment sales is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
