Kelly Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Temporary – Remote) to work with Luxottica, a global leader in eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban and Oakley. This opportunity offers a customer-facing role supporting Brand Wholesale operations with a consistent schedule and competitive pay.

Pay:

  • English Speaking: $17.50/hour

  • French Speaking: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time |  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract: 4 months (Temp-to-hire)

Summary of the role:

The Customer Service Representative uses product knowledge and strong customer service skills to support Luxottica customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction, service levels, and long-term business relationships.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and accurately process customer orders

  • Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues to determine appropriate resolutions

  • Document customer interactions correctly and track call types

  • Maintain service level expectations and uphold Luxottica Customer Service standards

  • Follow up with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and stock availability

  • Handle inbound phone calls for up to 90% of the assigned shift

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a call center environment

  • Excellent telephone etiquette with a clear, confident, and professional speaking voice

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging customer situations

  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

  • Ability to navigate information systems and the internet

Preferred Qualifications

  • Higher education degree

  • Previous experience using SAP

  • Experience in the optical industry and familiarity with industry terminology

  • Bilingual in French
