Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Indiana. In this role, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.
• Ensure positive customer relations are maintained at all times.
• Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws.
• Proactively develop organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate customers.
• Create improvement plans in response to customer feedback and surveys.

Requirements:

• Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training is required.
• Ability to follow clearly defined procedures and guidelines.
• Basic understanding of work routines and tasks in the customer service discipline.
• Familiarity with well-defined technical procedures.
• Minimum of 2 or more years of relevant customer service experience.
