Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17 per hour
Shift:  Monday-Friday (8-hour shift between 8a-8p)
Training:  Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
Bonus:  eligible for up to $600 attendance bonus
Location:  onsite in Louisville, KY 40299

What's a typical day as a Call Center Representative? You'll be:
  • Re-enrolling people in Medicare and making calls to doctors or patients for follow-up
  • Reviewing, assisting, and processing patients' enrollment forms for the Patient Assistance Program
  • Providing enrollment status updates to patients and healthcare providers
  • Explaining the PA Program and services to patients, authorized representatives, healthcare providers, and physician's office staff
  • Responding to program inquiries from patients, authorized representatives, healthcare providers, patient advocates, and caregivers

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Have 1-2 years of high-volume Call Center experience
  • (1) year experience working in a pharmacy or medical setting preferred
  • Must have proven ability to provide consistently high-quality of service
