Customer Sales & Service Representative
Naperville, IL | Onsite | Monday – Friday 10:15am-7:00pm
Base Pay: $17.25/hour (Spanish speaking $19.25)
In addition to base pay, this role offers commission and performance-based incentive opportunities. Total compensation will vary based on experience and results.

This is a fully in-office role and a key part of OHS's collaborative, high-energy culture.
What You'll Do• Engage with customers via phone and digital channels to promote home warranty and energy-related products
• Make outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries with professionalism and confidence
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate CRM records and stay current on product knowledge
• Collaborate with team members and share best practices
• Contribute to a positive, performance-driven workplace culture
• 3+ years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a contact center environment
• Proven success in upselling, cross-selling, and meeting sales targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic setting
• Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven attitude
• Experience in home warranty or utility services
• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills
• History of exceeding quotas in high-volume environments
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
