Description
We're hiring a Customer Service Representative I in Tucker, GA 30084 for a fast-paced onsite role supporting customer inquiries, billing resolutions, and accurate documentation. If you bring 0–2 years of customer service experience, are comfortable with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access), and can resolve service and billing issues (exchanges, refunds, adjustments) while maintaining precise records, we'd like to connect.
Customer Service Representative ILocation: Tucker, GA 30084
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% onsite; overtime available)
Pay Rate: $17.86/hour

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions regarding products, services, billing, and claims.

Resolve service and billing issues, including exchanges, refunds, and bill adjustments.

Contact customers with inquiry responses, investigation results, and planned adjustments.

Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further review.

0–2 years of customer service or call center experience (or equivalent).

Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook; Access preferred) and data entry systems.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records.

High school diploma or GED.
