Pay Rate: $20.77/hour + 4% vacation pay

What's a typical day as Credit Operations Specialist? You'll be:
• Providing operational support to the Sales Channel and Credit Underwriting teams, ensuring submission quality and document compliance with regulatory requirements
• Reviewing, updating, and analyzing all credit documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Supporting Real Estate Secured Lending processes across multiple systems, facilitating efficient workflow
• Collaborating with a team of 15 in a mainly back office environment, with some client contact
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have prior professional or corporate experience (must-have)
• Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills (must-have)
• Hold post-secondary education credentials
• Have mortgage experience (nice-to-have, but not mandatory)
• Are able to adhere to onsite requirements, with 2 days onsite per week until November, then 4 days onsite per week at the Markham location
• Are available to work Monday to Friday, rotational hours between 8 am & 7 pm, and one Saturday every 4-5 weeks
• Do not hold a mortgage or real estate license (required for eligibility)
• Are located locally and can commit to the onsite schedule
