At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we're seeking a Control Panel Builder – Level 3 to join our innovative manufacturing team in Rochester, NY.

Pay: $24 - $26/hr. (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (Full-time)
Work Environment: In-person, Production Environment
What does a typical day look like for this position? You'll be...
- Assembling and wiring control panels per technical blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Using hand tools like screwdrivers, wire strippers, crimpers, and precision tools like micrometers and gauges.
- Following client specifications to build and test control panels for industrial machines.
- Troubleshooting and identifying any wiring or drawing errors, reporting them to the engineering team.
- Ensuring that all units meet quality standards and are ready for shipment.
- Keeping your work area organized and adhering to safety standards.
- Documenting all final assembly work and changes for engineering documentation.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you...
- Have 4-6 years of experience in control panel building or electrical assembly, or equivalent experience.
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED (Technical degree is a plus).
- Are proficient in reading 2D and 3D blueprints, electrical schematics, and control documentation.
- Have knowledge of electrical standards such as NEMA, NEC, UL, and IEC.
- Are capable of routing and bundling wires neatly and according to electrical standards.
- Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free work.
- Have great communication and organizational skills, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
