- Authoring and editing a wide array of marketing materials (brochures, web/email copy, video scripts, and more) with minimal supervision.
- Collaborating with designers, content leads, and cross-functional teams to produce top-quality digital, print, and video assets.
- Reviewing strategic documents to ensure all copy aligns with product positioning and launch objectives.
- Adapting writing style for different formats, ensuring clarity and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Maintaining and updating product listings across online and print platforms.
- Managing multiple projects efficiently in our online project management system, incorporating feedback, and revising copy to meet quality standards.
- Have 7-10+ years of professional copywriting experience, demonstrated by an online portfolio (link must be on resume).
- Excel in writing for various marketing formats such as brochures, web, email, and video scripts.
- Possess strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Are proactive in sourcing information to craft compelling content that resonates with strategic goals.
- Have hands-on experience with online project management systems (Workfront preferred).
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Adobe InDesign and additional creative/business software.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Can multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Are a quick learner, ready to adapt to new industries, products, and business tools.
- Bonus points for background in agriculture, agency experience, or familiarity with Agile workflows.
