Position Title: Franchise Compliance Administrator
Location: Farmers Branch, In Office (no option for hybrid or remote)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Compensation: $20 - $23/hr
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Franchise Compliance Administrator, where you will be essential in ensuring compliance as a franchisor and monitoring franchisees' adherence to regulatory and brand requirements. This role involves administering franchise agreements, managing the enrollment in commercial insurance, conducting compliance reviews, and enforcing brand standards and regulations.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Administer franchise agreements, ensuring that both the franchisor and franchisees comply with contractual and regulatory obligations.
- Manage the enrollment of franchisees in our commercial insurance programs and maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure compliance oversight and conduct regular audits.
- Implement fines and corrective actions for non-compliance issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for franchise operations.
- Keep detailed records of franchise interactions, agreements, insurance enrollments, compliance reviews, and fines.
- Work with franchisees to address and resolve compliance-related issues.
- Partner with executive and legal teams to update compliance standards and protocols.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills for conveying compliance standards.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance within franchise operations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to new technologies.
- Client-focused with problem-solving skills.
- Extensive knowledge of industry-specific compliance requirements.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience in franchise compliance, contract compliance, paralegal, or related roles.
- Preferred experience in administering contracts and overseeing franchise compliance.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work at a desk.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds if required.
- Willingness to travel as needed for franchisee interactions and meetings.
