Construction Laborer – Fayetteville, GA (30214) Pay Rate: $21.50/hour
Employment Type: Contract Job Summary We are seeking a reliable General Laborer with construction experience to support daily operations on a job site in Atlanta, GA. You'll assist with unloading deliveries, material movement, and general site support under the direction of the foreman. Schedule

  • Day Shift (around 6am - 4:30pm)
  • Monday through Friday (full-time hours)
  • Overtime required, which may include:
    • Coming in early
    • Staying late
    • Saturday work as needed
Key Responsibilities
  • Unload trucks and deliver materials to designated areas
  • Assist the foreman with daily operational needs
  • Deliver and help with job-related paperwork
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Fuel equipment as needed (following safety protocols)
  • Provide general labor support and complete additional tasks as assigned
Safety & Compliance Requirements
  • OSHA 10 certification (required)
  • Level 2 hard hat with chin strap (employee must purchase)
  • Safety glasses
  • Class 2 high-visibility safety vest
  • Cut-resistant gloves
  • Rain suit (work may occur in wet weather)
Qualifications
  • Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, carrying, standing for extended periods)
  • Strong attention to safety and compliance
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Work Environment
  • Outdoor, active job site
  • Exposure to weather conditions (including rain)
