As part of the Governance, Risk, Investigations and Disputes business unit, is the leading global provider of risk solutions. For more than 45 years, this company has helped clients make confident risk management decisions about people, assets, operations and security through a wide range of investigations, cyber security, due diligence and compliance, physical and operational security, and data and information management services.

Through a combination of in-depth subject matter expertise, global research capabilities and flexible technology tools, the Compliance Risk and Diligence practice, helps clients take a risk-based approach toward meeting obligations or re mediating failures regarding anti-bribery, anti-corruption and related regulatory mandates. These include pre-transactional intelligence; vendor, supplier and distributor due diligence; vendor management platform; leadership/executive vetting; sanctions screening and monitoring; country/industry risk; and bespoke inquiries.

Temporary employees will work for our Compliance team and they will be reading articles and doing some background vetting on people and small companies for a large project.

The pay rate is $18 per hour.
There is a good chance that it will go on longer and even go perm. The perm location is in reston, va
The work is basically reading articles, doing some background vetting on people and small companies for a large project. Also a little public record searching and they can teach that.
The work schedule is 9AM to 5PM M-F
Training is included in the 6 weeks and it will go on for the first week and a half to two weeks.
Work is to be performed in WA DC.

Must haves are:
o Qualitative research background (experience from school or employment)
o Strong writing skills
o Attention to detail
o Strong analytical skills
Nice to have:
o Well versed on current events and Ntl Affairs
o Good with deadlines- deadline driven
o Good with high volume
