CNC Programmer / Machinist – Direct Hire
Location: Solon, OH
Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available
Pay: $25–$30+ per hour (Based on Experience)

Kelly has partnered with a Premiere Client and seeking a dependable and skilled CNC Programmer / Machinist to join our manufacturing facility in Solon, Ohio. This is a direct hire opportunity with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and generous paid time off.
The facility is a clean, organized, and modern shop environment featuring many machines less than 10 years old. With numerous long-tenured employees (20+ years), this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing team that values knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC and manual machine tools including mill-turns, mills, lathes, and grinders
- Machine complex parts to close tolerances, including aerospace specifications
- Align and secure fixtures, tools, attachments, and materials
- Modify and edit CNC programs (feeds, speeds, offsets) as needed
- Troubleshoot machining issues and determine corrective actions
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and process instructions
- Perform inspections using precision measurement tools and gages
- Complete accurate documentation and electronic data entries
- Confer with engineering and manufacturing personnel to resolve technical issues
- Move materials as required to complete assignments
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Support Lean initiatives focused on waste reduction, productivity, and quality improvement
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of CNC setup and operation experience in a job shop environment
- Ability to machine to close tolerances using blueprints and GD&T methods
- Experience editing feeds, speeds, offsets, and troubleshooting programs
- Proficient in shop math (geometry, conversions, measurements)
- Experience using precision measurement tools and quality gages
- 2–10 years of CNC machining experience preferred
- Formal technical training or military manufacturing experience preferred
- Completion of TITANS of CNC Academy Building Blocks Series preferred
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekend hours
