Job Description:
We are seeking a Site Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day site activities at our Burke, VA location. The Site Manager will be responsible for optimizing site performance, meeting contractual obligations, and ensuring client satisfaction for both sponsors and participants. A key aspect of the role includes leading Endocrinology trial studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize daily site operations to achieve company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee clinical research trials with a focus on Endocrinology studies.
  • Lead and mentor site staff, providing direction and support as needed.
  • Liaise with sponsors and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with human resources and manage site personnel effectively.
  • Travel between various site locations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5+ years of Clinical Research Site Network Management and CRC experience
  • Endocrinology experience preferred
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Knowledge of regulatory processes and clinical procedures
  • Strong sponsor interaction and human resource management skills
  • Ability to travel between site locations
  • College or specialized degree preferred
