Pay Rate:

$22.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on experience

Work Schedule & Location:

•    Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
•    Full-time, Monday to Friday
•    Local candidates only (Nashville area)

What You'll Be Doing:

•    Respond to customer inquiries about products and services
•    Resolve billing issues and process adjustments, exchanges, or refunds
•    Document all customer interactions accurately
•    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and efficient resolutions

What We're Looking For:

•    2–3 years of customer service or client support experience
•    High School Diploma or GED (required)
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
•    Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently
•    Bonus: Bilingual in French (not required, but a plus!)
