Gain exposure to high-exposure, complex claims and litigation cases

Analyzing and processing complex workers' compensation claims by gathering information and developing action plans to achieve timely resolution
-
Negotiating claim settlements within designated authority
-
Assigning and managing reserves throughout the life of claims
-
Approving and issuing timely claim payments and adjustments
-
Preparing and filing required state documentation within statutory limits
-
Managing the litigation process to ensure cost-effective claims resolution
-
Coordinating vendor referrals for investigation and litigation management
-
Identifying and pursuing claim recoveries, including subrogation and Second Injury Fund claims
-
Maintaining accurate claim documentation and professional communication with clients and claimants
-
CA Adjuster Certification (required)

3+ years of relevant claims management experience
-
Strong knowledge of insurance principles, medical management practices, recoveries, and offsets
-
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems

A Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Work location: Remote or Onsite

Must be able to pass a background check, including credit security clearance

Occasional travel may be required
