Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $35 - $40 per hour

What's a typical day as Business Analyst III? You'll be:

• Documenting business policies, processes, workflows, and procedures by interviewing team members to understand current business functions.
• Organizing and compiling gathered information, presenting it to the core team for validation and discussion.
• Driving conversations to identify gaps between current processes and desired future states, and formalizing documentation accordingly.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to learn and understand business needs, and effectively restate information for clarity.
• Are proficient in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with experience in writing nontechnical processes using Word and Visio or equivalent tools.
• Have project coordination skills and the ability to drive efforts independently, with experience in SAP Supply Chain processes highly preferred.
