What's a typical day as a Brand Sales Analyst? You'll be: 

• Develop partnerships with sales leaders, in consultation with Business Planning team, to understand their needs and provide insights that generate value for the organization.
• Generate and present reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations to guide decision-making.
• Evaluate and analyze sales processes, productivity, efficiency, and optimization opportunities.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions, providing analytical support and insights to drive business growth.
• Conduct quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending, identification and assessment of opportunities and risks, forecasting, regression analysis, correlation, and probability modeling.
• Participate in business financial reviews, contributing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze lines of business (products, services etc.) to determine profitability and to establish a baseline for action.
• Create compelling external and internal PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
• Utilize machine learning techniques to enhance predictive analytics and uncover hidden patterns in data is highly desirable.

 

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field. • 2+ years' experience in similar roles. • Strong analytical and mathematical skills to provide statistics and metrics. • Ability to forecast, analyze and turn data into useful insights. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. • Experience with CRM/ICM tools and SAP. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Python, R, etc.). • Excel use to create complex spreadsheets using advanced formulas (V-lookups, IF statements, macros, advanced pivot table skillset). • Ability to manage/mine data from multiple sources to create necessary reports, build and manipulate queries. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships.

 

You are a strong candidate if you have the following: 

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools is a plus • Experience with Automation tool is a plus (Power Automate, UiPath, or other).
