CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Blending Assistant or in a comparable production role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Understanding of workplace policies and procedures that support a high-performance, employee-focused culture
  • Consistent attendance and reliability
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Details:

  • $20-$21/HR
  • Monday-Friday
  • Shift - 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Located in Louisville, KY 40203
  • Execute accurate ingredient blending and proper storage
  • Ensure allergen segregation and proper handling procedures are followed
  •  Adhere to glass and brittle plastic control protocols
  • Perform sanitation and cleaning of production areas according to established procedures
  • Pack finished products into designated containers and apply correct labeling
  • Support shipping preparation of finished orders as needed
