? What's a typical day as a Bindery Operator? You will:
? Read and interpret job tickets and work orders to ensure accurate production setup.
?? Set up and operate Polar & Seybold cutters.
? Operate MBO folder machines for precision folding tasks.
? Run shrink-wrap and inserter machines to support mailing and fulfillment.
? Perform startup, cleaning, and shutdown procedures for assigned equipment.
? Monitor quality control processes and maintain production standards.
? Report daily production output and material usage.
? Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and escalate when needed.
? Maintain safety compliance and proper PPE usage at all times.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
Ability to read a ruler and perform precision measurements.
Intermediate math skills for measurements and production calculations.
Strong mechanical aptitude and machine setup experience.
Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
Attention to detail and quality control focus in a production environment.

Fast-paced, deadline-driven print and finishing facility.
Standing for extended periods with repetitive machine operation.
