Billing Support Analyst

Location: San Dimas, CA (equipment pickup + initial onboarding onsite)

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Payrate: $27.00/hour | Temp-to-Hire

About the Role

As a Billing Support Analyst, you'll support smooth and accurate billing operations, working closely with both remote and onsite team members. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys organization, data accuracy, and helping teams run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process authorizations involving 2–4 members according to established procedures and billing guidelines.
  • Review incoming for completeness and accuracy; communicate with initiators to resolve discrepancies.
  • Verify details against pole records and internal databases to determine transactions, grades/spaces, and ownership percentages.
  • Enter and maintain accurate records in internal systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Cross-check billing prepared by other associates to ensure accuracy before finalization.
  • Collaborate with coworkers and the billing supervisor to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Assist with monthly reporting, balancing support, and documentation required during the billing cycle.
  • Respond to routine billing-related emails and phone inquiries.
  • Maintain organized digital files and prepare documentation distributions as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-5 years of experience in billing, accounting support, finance, bookkeeping, or other numerically intensive administrative roles.
  • Strong mathematical proficiency including:
  • Percentages
  • Ratios
  • Fractions
  • Multi-step calculations
  • Proven ability to verify and reconcile large volumes of numerical data with high accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, mathematics, or a related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Reader, and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to type at least 45 WPM with strong accuracy
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Must be able to complete a typing and Excel assessment and Excel demo as part of the hiring process
