Bilingual Financial Planning Manager

Kelly is seeking a Financial Planning Manager to work for our client, an award-winning global manufacturing organization, on a direct hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to on the frontlines of innovation with a growing company!

The Financial Planning Manager will:

  • Lead and manage a team of two Financial Analysts, fostering professional growth while ensuring high-quality financial analysis and reporting
  • Analyze and report financial data, sales performance, and income statements to support management decision-making
  • Oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) and expense planning; monitor and control routine budgets
  • Administer the ERP Budget and Cost Modules to ensure accurate financial tracking
  • Lead monthly financial closing activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Prepare and present management reports, meeting materials, and ad-hoc analysis as requested
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize operational efficiency
  • Develop and forecast annual budgets and business plans in alignment with corporate goals
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics)
  • 5+ years of previous relevant financial planning experience, ideally within manufacturing
  • Proficiency in Korean is required for effective communication with management (fluent/native speaking level preferred)
  • Must have broad, basic understanding of GAAP and IFRS
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and develop professional working relationships
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, can drive things independently, organized, and able to meet deadlines
