Job Title: Beer Picker - Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Job Summary:
As a Beer Picker utilizing an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ), you will engage in 100% repetitive lifting tasks with a keen focus on attention to detail. Previous experience with an EPJ is required. Your responsibilities will include handling materials in accordance with company policies, reaching performance goals through product scanning, and constructing pallets with power equipment. The role demands flexibility to perform tasks related to inventory control, shipping & receiving, and product returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently lift materials consistently to meet performance targets.
- Construct and secure loads with precision.
- Conduct post-audit pallet verification and manage transport orders for quality assurance.
- Use technology to replenish stock.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any safety issues.
- Ensure the facility is secure, clean, and safe.
- Participate in additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience with Electric Pallet Jacks is mandatory.
- Preferred six months of relevant experience.
- Strong emphasis on attention to detail.
- Basic skills in reading, writing, and mathematics.
- Familiar with technology and various products.
Working Conditions:
- Operate in environments that are non-temperature controlled and some refrigerated areas with moderate noise levels.
Physical Requirements:
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Operation of pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Capability to stand, walk, frequently lift (up to 50 lbs), and regularly handle products.
- Adequate vision to focus at various distances.
